To ensure your complete satisfaction, we have implemented a simple and efficient return policy.

Here are the 5 scenarios:

You wish to cancel or modify your order
We process the orders you place quickly, usually within 24 hours. For this reason, you have 12 to 24 hours after ordering to send a cancellation or modification email through our contact form. Beyond this period, your items will likely have already been shipped.

If the delivery address you entered is incorrect, we disclaim all responsibility, and no refund will be made.

You did not receive your package
Our delivery times are 7 to 10 business days. (except for certain countries, see delivery policy)

If you do not receive your item within 30 days, contact us to report a missing item.

You received your item but are not satisfied
No worries! You can return your item up to 14 days after receipt.*

Within 14 days of receipt, you can return a product and receive a refund, an exchange, or a store credit for future purchases if you received a product that is:

(a) damaged or contaminated package

(b) defective or otherwise bad

(c) substantially different from what you ordered (incorrect item).

Here’s how to do it in 3 steps:

1. Contact support to notify them that you will be making a return.
2. Print and fill out the return form.
3. Send your item together with the form to the address given to you by Customer Services

*The item(s) must be returned in perfect condition, either in their original packaging or in another suitable packaging. If the item is damaged, our customer service may refuse the return, replacement, or refund as the item can no longer be considered new. If the item has been misused or does not match the entirety of your order, it will not be refundable.

We may refuse to issue a refund if:

(a) the returned product has been used more than necessary to identify a defect;

(b) you are unable to provide the product for inspection;

(c) we have sufficient evidence that the product was not damaged during delivery;

(d) after thorough inspection, we did not find the defects you specified;

(e) you return a non-defective product that has been used or the product packaging has been opened before return.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchased products for subjective reasons (such as not liking them), please contact our customer service by filling out a contact form on the website (Contact Page) and we will do our best to improve, find a solution, and/or resolve any issues you may encounter. We always strive to find the most favorable solutions for our customers.

After receiving the item in our warehouse, we will refund you the total amount of your purchase (item cost + delivery) in the form of a voucher. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

You received your item, but it arrived damaged
It can happen that your package gets shaken during delivery and your item arrives broken.

In this case or in the case of a design defect, contact us with the following details:

1. Your order number

2. A description of the problem (wrong item/defective item, etc.)

3. A photo or video

You will not need to return the product, and we will refund you the amount of your order directly in the form of a voucher.

You didn’t have time to pick up your item from the pick-up point
In most cases, if your package is returned to the sender, the post office destroys the package, and we are required to send you a new order. Therefore, the price of your item divided by three (example: if you buy an item for 198GBP, you will have to pay the amount of 66EUR) will be at your expense for the reshipment of your order.
